TERMS OF SERVICE

Please READ carefully, as this pertains to the agreement of your registration with any of the products sold by Digital Savvy Granny – a division of Everything EBook (Pty) Ltd.

By purchasing our products, you (sometimes referred to as “Customer”) agree to the following terms stated below.

PROGRAM

Digital Savvy Granny – a division of Everything EBook (Pty) Ltd agrees to provide course content, identified as an online course aid, to help customers grow their business. Customer agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in any of our programs.

DISCLAIMER

Customer understands that Ruth Coetzee / Digital Savvy Granny has not promised, nor shall be obligated to, the following:

(1) Success in business, results, and sales for the Customer.

(2) Provide assistance, as either coach or mentor, with consultations for future business contracts made by Customer.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATION

Customer is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with products they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our appointed Collection Agency.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa and MasterCard, as a form of payment. If Customer chooses to pay by monthly instalments, he/she authorizes the monthly charge for the product on the Customer`s credit card or debit card.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available based on the specific product you purchased. For the one-on-one (and group) coaching programs with Ruth Coetzee there are strictly no refunds offered as this is a commitment of her personal time.

For the rest of our products you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase by contacting us at connect@smallbizsavvy.com. We will NOT provide refunds after 30 days from the date of original purchase. On the 31st day, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the product, regardless of whether or not you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Products developed by Digital Savvy Granny – a division of Everything EBook (Pty) Ltd are for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Customer accepts and agrees that Customer is 100% responsible for their progress and results from products developed by Digital Savvy Granny  – a division of Everything EBook (Pty) Ltd. Digital Savvy Granny – a division of Everything EBook (Pty) Ltd makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. Customer understands that because of the nature of products developed by Digital Savvy Granny – a division of Everything EBook (Pty) Ltd and their extent, the results experienced by each Customer may significantly vary. Customer acknowledges that, as with any business endeavour, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Customer will reach their goals as a result of participation in products developed by Digital Savvy Granny – a division of Everything EBook (Pty) Ltd. Digital Savvy Granny – a division of Everything EBook (Pty) Ltd program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. Digital Savvy Granny – a division of Everything EBook (Pty) Ltd assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
